We've discovered an awesome, en trend, new venture in London... 

The fabulous Ginstitute is based above the Portobello Star, Notting Hill. Upon arrival to this quirky bar you are greeted with a Portobello Gin & Tonic and and led upstairs to the Ginstitute Headquarters. Once there you will be given a brief history of the much loved drink, as well as a detailed explanation of how it is made.

Now the hands on bit. A tutored guide of tasting and nosing various botanicals will then enable you to blend botanicals of your choice to create your very own gin! Once you are satisfied with your concoction a full bottle of your spirit will be made up for you ready for you to take home that evening! At the end you are presented with a Graduation certificate, because, you are now a professional (smug face).

What's not to love?! A great night out for Birthdays, Hen Do's, Team Building or just a catch up with old friends.
