The Grand Hotel, on Brighton's vibrant seafront, unveiled its stunning new Victoria Lounge Restaurant yesterday. We were lucky enough to pop along and see it for ourselves and sample some their new cocktails.
Re-created by Interior Designers Park Grove, the venue boasts sumptuous velvet seating and bold injections of rich yellows, greens and blues. The far feature wall brings the outdoors in with an eye catching, elegant visual depicting a Victorian landscaped garden.
Cocktails named after popular novels, such as "Love You Dead", by Peter James (a mixture of Brighton Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, Chartreuse and Monin Rose syrup) are served by waiters dressed in fabulous gold silk backed uniforms, designed by Brighton based tailors Gresham Blake.
We absolutely love this venue - a great place to enjoy an afternoon tea, celebrate a birthday in style or host your big day. As well as the Victoria Lounge Restaurant, Park Grove have also worked their magic in other areas of this stunning venue. It is well worth a visit!
